• Vinification Alcoholic fermentation in thermoregulated steel and concrete vats. Maceration from 3 to 4 weeks.
Malolactic fermentation in same vats.
• Ageing 18 months, including 12 months in barrels
(25% of new barrels each year)
• Production volume Around 72 000 bottles (0,75 l).

• Characteristics Red fruits aromas, black cherry, smoky and toasted smells, well bodied with a pleasant oaky feeling.
• To drink with Game, roasted, grilled or in wine sauce red meat, most of cheeses.
• Ideal tasting    temperature 17° C. in the glass.
